含Cu钢表面“富集相”与表面缺陷研究

【摘要】 试验表明:含铜钢(0.025—0.28%Cu)经高温氧化后,其表面氧化铁皮下会产生局部Cu-Ni-As元素的富集(或富集相)。在含Cu钢生产过程中,无论是铸坯的凝固、再加热、甚至热处理都具有这样的氧化条件,因此,这些生产环节都有可能在其表面氧化层产生不同程度的低熔点元素富集。局部轻度的富集不会对钢材表面质量产生危害,只有当富集达到一定的程度(浓度),并沿晶界渗入钢基才会导致热加工过程中钢材表面沿晶界破坏。研究发现含Cu钢板表面月牙状、疤块状的“结疤”缺陷属折叠型缺陷,与Cu-Ni富集无关。原铸坯表面的凹坑、暴露的气孔和微裂纹等缺陷是钢板表面缺陷产生的原因。

【Abstract】 The experiment shows: the surface of copper-containing steel (0.025-0.28% Cu ) under skin of iron oxide will produce enrichment of Cu-Ni-As element (or phase of enrichment) partially after being oxidized by the high temperature. In the course of copper-containing steel to produce, no matter which cast-bases solidify, reheat, even heat treatment all have the condition of oxidizing like this, so, it is possible that the enrichment of low melt point element in various degree is produced on its superficial oxidized layer in these annual rings. Partial and slight enrichment is harmless to the surface quality of steel plate, only when enrichment reaches a certain degree (density) , and permeates into the steel-base around grain boundaries, it will lead to destruction of the steel superficial around grain boundaries in the hot processing. We discover that the surface defects of copper-containing steel plate such as moon form, scab form belong to the folding defect, having nothing to do with the enrichment of Cu-Ni. The defects, such as superficial concave holes, the exposed air vents and little crackles on original cast-base etc. , are the reasons why the surface defects of steel plates produce.
