冷轧TRIP钢显微组织和织构的研究

【摘要】 用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了高强度冷轧 TRIP钢经过两相区加热和贝氏体等温处理后的显微组织和织构。实验结果表明,冷轧TRIP钢热处理后的显微组织为含有铰素体、贝氏体及残余奥氏体的多相组织,分析了热处理工艺对冷轧TRIP钢显微组织的影响并计算了残余奥氏体含量。冷轧TRIP钢的主要取向为{112}<110>,以及{001} <110>和{332}<113>,而热处理后{112}<110>密度降低,同时{001}<110>消失。分析讨论了TRIP钢中显微组织形貌、残余奥氏体含量以及残余奥氏体中含碳量对其力学性能的影响,以及有可能通过控制织构提高其冲压性能。

【Abstract】 The microstnicturet and textures of high strength cold-rolled TRIP( Transformation Induced Plasticity) steels were investigated by u-sing optical microscope and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results indicate that the multi-phase structure of TRIP steels after heat treatment is composed of ferrite, bainite and retained austenite. The effect of heat treatment on microstructures of TRIP steels was analyzed and the volume fractions of retained austenite were determined by X-ray diffraction. It is found that the textures of cold-rolled TRIP steel consisted of { 112} <110> , {001 } <110> , { 332 } <113> components, and { 112 } < 110> density decreases, {001 } <110> disappears after heat treatment. The influences of the microstructures, volume fraction of retained austenite as well as the carbon amount in retained austenite on their mechanical properties in TRIP steels were discussed. It is believed, therefore, that the drawability of TRIP steels could be increased by controlling the textures.
