【摘要】 目的将XRD的Rietveld分析方法引入钢铁材料的定量分析,比较Rietveld分析方法和定量金相法在钢铁材料组织定量分析中的优缺点;方法通过Rietveld分析方法和定量金相法对45#钢退火组织进行定量分析,并与理论值进行比较;结果定量金相法和XRD的Rietveld法都可以对45#钢退火组织进行定量分析,分析结果均与理论值基本一致;结论 XRD的Rietveld方法测量45#钢退火组织比传统的定量金相分析精确、高效和方便;并且XRD的Rietveld 定量分析方法可以推广到合金钢等的退火组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this work is to investigate the difference between the quantitative metallography and the Rietveld method on quantitative analysis of annealed steels. Method: The quantitative metallography and Rietveld method were carried out to measure the micro-structure content of the annealed 45# carbon-steel. For comparison, theoretical values were also calculated. Results: The results obtained by the quantitative metallography and the Rietveld method are in agreement with the theoretical values. Conclusion: The Rietveld analysis method has some advantages such as timesaving, convenience and data accuracy.更多还原
