铸造-热变形Nd-Fe-B永磁合金显微组织及性能的研究

【摘要】 对铸造NdFeB磁体进行了不同变形温度、不同变形量的热压及压后热处理的实验。研究了不同工艺下磁体的显微组织以及与磁性能的关系,结果表明NdFeB 永磁合金的磁性能和磁体的微观组织有密切关系。铸态组织对制造铸造-热压NdFeB 永磁材料具有重要的影响,最终组织晶粒细小、均匀,主相被富Nd 相薄层包围,晶界平直,高C 轴取向,可以获得高磁性所要求的微观组织。
【Abstract】 Experiment of the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets with the changes of hot-pressing temperature and strain rate, carrying on heat treatment after hot-deforming. The relation between the magnetic properties and microstructures has been investigated.The result shows that magnetic properties of hot-pressed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets are sensitive to the microstructures. The microstructure of Nd-Fe-B ingot has great effects on producing hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials. The standard of optimum microstructures is very fine and even, the rich-Nd phase on the boundaries surrounding grains and highly preferry C-axies orientation, straight boundary.
