陶瓷烧结的Monte Carlo Potts模型及其比较研究

【摘要】 本文描述和比较了陶瓷烧结的两种Monte Carlo Potts模型,一种是在我们的Sinter模型,另一种是Tikare模型。Sinter模型的特点是晶粒生长的模拟采用了Radhakrishnan等人改进的Monte Carlo算法[1]。为了控制晶粒长大的速度,提出了控制固相扩散频率的参数DS,DS<1,固相扩散要以DS为概率进行。在模拟烧结组织致密化过程时,我们采用了Tikare等人提出的空位湮灭的概念和算法[2]。提出了控制湮灭频率的参数DA,DA<1,空位湮灭要以DA为概率进行。Tikare模型的模拟结果受到晶粒状态总数Q的影响。最后比较了S模型和T模型的异同点。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we describe and compare two kinds of Monte Carlo Potts models in ceramic sintering. One is our Sinter model and the other is Tikare model. It is a character of Sinter model that the simulation of grain growth adopts the Monte Carlo algorithm modified by Radhakrishnan et al [1] . For controling the rate of grain growth, one paremeter, DS, which can be used to control the frequency of solid phrase diffusion is presented. DS<1, DS can be treated as the probability for solid phrase. The of densification of sintering stucture is simulated using the algorithm developed by V. Tikare et al[2], and we also present the other parameter, DA, which can be used to control the frequency of annihilation, DA<1.The total number of grain states, Q, have effects on the results simulated by Tikare model. At last, we compare the difference and common ground of the two models.
