军用密封电磁继电器CAD系统的开发

【摘要】 三维CAD技术的发展,使继电器设计从二维工程图纸设计发展到三维模型设计,从制造物理样机进行性能试验逐步发展到利用虚拟样机进行仿真分析。从建立军用密封电磁继电器虚拟样机的角度,本文在UG平台上开发了军用密封电磁继电器辅助设计系统。该系统具有参数化建模、模型自动装配、装配体干涉检查及工程图纸输出等功能。该辅助设计系统方便了继电器设计人员进行继电器初始虚拟设计,同时可为后续进行军用密封电磁继电器虚拟环境仿真分析提供模型资源,为完善继电器虚拟样机技术奠定基础。

【Abstract】 With the development of CAD technology, the design of relay develops into three-dimensional model design from the engineering drawing design, and develops into emulating and analyzing by virtual prototype from performance test by making prototype. This paper develops the CAD system for military hermetic electromagnetic relay, which can be used to establish the virtual prototype of military hermetic electromagnetic relay. This system has the functions of parameterized modeling, automatic assembling, checking interference of assembly, engineering drawing output, etc. It is convenient that designers are engaged in preliminary virtual design for relay. In addition, the system provides models for emulating of military hermetic electromagnetic relay in virtual environment, and is the foundation of the technology of virtual prototype for relay.
