煤矿综合自动化系统研究与设计
Research and Design of Integrated Automation System in Coal Mine

【摘要】 论文在分析国内外煤矿安全监测监控系统现状的基础上,指出国内煤矿综合自动化存在的瓶颈问题。提出基于工业以太网的综合自动化系统结构,将煤矿的环境安全信息和设备工况信息统一在一个网络平台上,实现全矿井综合自动化系统软件组态化设计。建立全矿井监测、控制、管理一体化的大型开放式分布控制系统,改造传统的矿井生产运行方式。研制开发隔爆环网交换机和综合接入网关,支持环网冗余和各类监控子系统的接入。应用表明,设计的系统能够促进信息共享,保证对全矿井安全状况和生产过程进行实时监控、调度。
【Abstract】 On analysis of domestic and overseas safety supervision system in coal mine,the bottleneck problems in domestic integrated automation for coal mine are pointed out.A novel kind of integrated automation system based on industrial Ethemet is put forward which synthesize information of environmental security and device status on a networked control platform with configuration design in software.Thus,a large scale and open distributed control system is built up to improve traditional production manner.Anti-explosion ring switch and integrated access gateway are researched and implemented to construct ring network and connect different supervision systems.The application results show that the system presented can advance sharing information and guarantee safety supervision and productive schedule.
