五味茶对高脂血症教师干预效果的研究

【摘要】 目的研究五味茶降低血脂的干预效果。方法采用随机对照双盲试验方法,将110名高脂血症教师随机分成试验组和对照组。分别食用1个月由山楂、金银花、苦丁茶、三七花、荷叶各2g配成的五味茶及安慰剂,观察试食前后两组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的变化,以确证五味茶是否有降低血脂的干预效果。结果试验组服用五味茶1个月后血清胆固醇、甘油三酯分别比试食前降低, P<0.05;试食后试验组和对照组的血清胆固醇、甘油三酯比较分别有统计学意义,P<0.05;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇两组间及试验组自身前后对照比较均无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇改善有效率分别为84.62%、67.13%、11.54%;降脂总有效率达88.46%。结论食用五味茶可有效预防控制高脂血症。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the intervention effects of the Wuwei tea which can reduce the blood fat. Methods A random control double-blind trial was conducted and 110 teachers with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups, trial group and control group. The former took the Wuwei Tea which included Hawkthom , honeysuckle, kuding tea, sanqi flower and lotus of 2 gram respectively, and placebo for the latter, observe the intervention effects between the two groups after one month’s intervention. Result After one month , serum cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly decreased in the trial group (p < 0. 05) ; serum cholesterol and triglyceride in trial group were improved more significantly (p <0. 05) than control group; high density lipoprotein cholesterol didn’t change significantly before and after the trial in trial group, as well as between the two groups. The subjects’ serum cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were all improved in trial group, the rates of improvement were respectively 84. 62% , 67. 13% and 11. 54% , the total effective rate of reducing the blood fat reaches 88. 46%. Conclusion Taking Wuwei tea could effectively prevent and control hyperlipemia.
