【摘要】 目的探索应用健康促进理论开展社区营养工作的模式。方法随机抽取上海市的2个社区, 应用健康促进理论和方法,在社区诊断和基线调查的基础上,以社区干预为核心,制订相关政策,开发人力资源,创造有利于合理营养的环境,开展多项健康促进活动,并在干预前后分别在干预组和对照组各抽取 1200人对干预效果进行评价。结果在干预社区建立了营养工作网络,培养一支营养工作队伍。与对照组相比,开展干预的社区人群的某些营养知识水平有所提高,对膳食宝塔知晓情况、对营养知识的兴趣、营养素与健康的关系等知识明显提高(P<0．05),在购买、烹调食物时更加注重营养和健康(P<0．05),参加体育活动和锻炼的比例增加(P<0．05)。结论应用健康促进理论开展社区营养工作的模式是有效的、可行的,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussing the community - based nutrition programs by health promotion theories. Methods We randomly select 2 communities in Shanghai, on the basis of community diagnoses and baseline survey , applying health promotion theory and method, focusing on community intervention, to make related regulations, to develop manpower resource , to create environment benefit for proper nutrition, and to hold several health promotion activities. In addition, before and after intervention, select 1200 subjects from both intervention and control group respectively to evaluate the effect of intervention. Result We have set up the nutrition work net and trained a community - based nutrition work group, in intervention community. Comparison with control group, some nutrition knowledge level of intervention community residents has been upgraded. Knowing of food pagoda, interests in nutrition knowledge and knowledge of relationship between nutritients and health have been obviously improved ( P < 0. 05) . Nutrition and health has been taken more care of while purchasing and cooking (P < 0. 05) . The proportion of attendance of physical activities has increasing ( P < 0. 05) . Result To build up the community - based nutrition programs by health promotion theories is effective and doable, which worth being generalized.更多还原
