钢筋混凝土结构锈胀裂缝扩展分析

【摘要】 为了对钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性全寿命进行评估,研究了保护层混凝土锈胀裂缝的扩展及过程.基于保护层混凝土锈胀开裂前后的变形协调条件,并考虑箍筋对混凝土锈胀裂缝扩展的影响,建立了有箍筋和无箍筋条件下混凝土保护层锈胀裂缝宽度模型.试验结果表明,在锈蚀率介于 0~10%条件下,所建模型可以很好地预测保护层混凝土锈胀裂缝的扩展.
【Abstract】 To evaluate the full-span durability life of reinforced concrete structure, the expanding process of corrosive crack in protective layer concrete is studied in this paper. Based on the harmonious deformation conditions after and before the occurrence of cracks in protective layer concrete and taking the influence of stirrups into account, the corrosive crack expanding model has been established for protective layer with or without stirrups. The experimental results verify that the model can be used to forecast the expanding width of corrosive crack when corrosive ratio is in the range of 0 and 10%.
