“数字成都”综合信息资源管理平台框架设计

【摘要】 “数字城市”是一个复杂的巨系统,其数据源来自不同的部门和行业,有着不同的表现形式,具有多尺度、多类型、多时相的特点。综合信息资源管理系统的建设目标是建立基于元数据和智能代理搜索引擎的一套分布式综合数据共享管理系统。提供通过Internet或Intranet的信息及处理设施的建档、管理、维护、发布、检索、获取,以及应用连接服务,从而最大限度地支持本系统各部门用户间的信息资源和设施共享。本文讨论了共享系统的四层结构及其特点,系统构造包括网络层、信息资源层和应用层。工程的核心是建设基于信息网络、互联互通、资源共享的信息资源基础服务平台。本文以“数字成都”综合信息资源管理系统为例,讨论系统的构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital City is a huge complex system. For the distributed mass data resources and various data formats, it highly demands the essentiality of integrated data management system. The integrated information management system of which based on metadata theory and intelligent agent is discussed in the paper. The integrated information management system has four characteristics. They are distributed data organizing and management, distributed data sharing, distributed fast data index and data accessing between multi-operating system. The users can establish, manage, maintain, release, index, acquire information and connect with others through Internet of Intranet. We discuss the four construction includes application layer, integrated layer, switching layer and data layer, the service platform for information network, interconnection, information resources foundation of resource-sharing. We call this platform is Digital Chengdu Integrated Information Management System. It tries to combine, share and integrate the information of each department professional field to the maximum extent, tries to offer fast, integrated and various kinds of succinct information service to government, enterprise and masses, tries to realize the informationization, networked, melts and intelligent visually of the city finally.更多还原
