Office GIS在电子政务中的应用

【摘要】 本文结合我国政务工作信息化建设的应用现状,讨论分析了电子政务应用中GIS技术所面临的机遇和挑战,归纳总结了电子政务工程对GIS技术所赋予的新要求,明确指出了传统GIS技术应用于电子政务建设的局限性,接着详细阐述了OfficeGIS的总体技术架构,着重论述了OfficeGIS应用于电子政务的可行性和适用性,进而提出了以OfficeGIS应对电子政务对办公信息系统和GIS无缝集成要求的技术思路,给出了基于OfficeGIS的电子政务应用的完整解决方案,最后通过建设实例验证了OfficeGIS应用于电子政务的有效性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 E-government is one of the new management idea that provides public with the service by using modern information technique and the network communication techniques, and it is the direct way to realize the information-based government. Along with deep recognization and promoting application of E-government, E-government also make a stronger need for the geo-spatial information and its technique. Firstly this paper combines the present condition of governmental information-based construction, analyses the opportunity and the challenge of GIS application in E-government. Then the paper tallies up the technique request of E-government toward GIS, points out the limitation of traditional GIS that has been applied in E-government. And then the paper elaborates the technique framework of Office GIS, discusses the possibility and the applicability of Office GIS applying in E-government. The paper also puts forward technique scheme of integrated GIS with office information system to meet the need of E-government, gives integrated overall solution of E-government application based on Office GIS. At last the paper cites a construction example, which verifies the validity and the practicability of Office GIS that will be applied in E-government.更多还原
