波导全息指纹特征传感技术研究

【摘要】 指纹识别技术是生物识别领域的一个重要分支,具有方便快捷,识别准确率高等优点,因此得到了广泛的应用。传统的光学指纹采集器具有性能可靠,寿命长和使用方便等优点。但它的体积、重量和功耗较大,图像存在畸变等缺点,不能应用于微型集成指纹识别系统中。本文提出的波导全息指纹传感技术是一种新型指纹采集方法。由导波光消失场携带指纹信息的光束经波导全息元件衍射后,会聚到CMOS成像器件上,省去了传统光路中的透镜,减少了光学指纹采集器的尺寸和重量。实验结果表明,本方法采集图像质量高,适用于高精度、快速指纹识别系统。
【Abstract】 Fingerprint identification technology is an important branch of biologic identification. It had wide applications for its convenience and high accuracy rate. Traditional optical fingerprint entry device is reliable, long-lived and easy to use. However, it can not be used for micro-integrated fingerprint identification system for larger size and weight, high power consumption and image distortion. The waveguide holographic fingerprint sensor technology as a new method of collecting fingerprints present in this paper. The beam which carrying fingerprint information by disappear field of guided-wave convergent to the CMOS imaging devices through waveguide holographic diffractive components. It eliminates the traditional optical lens and reduces the size and weight of optical fingerprint entry device. The experimental results indicate that this method have advantages of high quality in image collection is apply to high-precision, quick fingerprint identification system.
