【摘要】 采用 JSM-5910扫描电镜和 NORAN 能量色散光谱仪,对玻璃上真空蒸镀铝镜面反光膜色泽异常失效情况进行分析,发现镀铝膜上色泽失效区为大量富 A(?)质点富积。研究得出一定浓密度的富 A(?)质点对光的漫反射是产生铝镜面反光膜表面色泽失效的主因；同时提出了富 A(?)质点的成因及其消减的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Failure Analysis on the color of reflecting Aluminum film on glass by vacuum evaporation was investigated using JSM-5910 scanning electron microscopy and NORAN energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that large amounts of particles enrich with aluminum segregated in the color defect areas.The scattering reflection cause by certain concentration of particles enriched with aluminum accounts to the color defect of aluminum reflecting film.The origin of particles enriched with aluminum and the solution to it are discussed.更多还原
