脱硫系统管道失效分析
Failure Analysis of Pipes Used in Hydrodesulfurization System

【摘要】 随着富硫原油产量不断增加,炼油厂脱硫系统中硫含量越来越高,脱硫设备和管道将承受更加严酷的环境介质的腐蚀。针对某炼化公司脱硫系统富液管道开裂失效,进行了外观检测、材料化学成分和显微组织分析、断口微观形貌扫描电镜分析和腐蚀产物的能谱分析。检测结果发现断口较平整,母材、焊缝的化学成分和显微组织均正常,微观断口表面呈现沿晶开裂现象,且存在树枝状二次裂纹。表明管道的开裂是由富含 H2S 环境介质再加上焊缝附近较高的焊接残余应力引起的应力腐蚀开裂。在开裂原因分析的基础上,提出了防护和改进的措施。
【Abstract】 With increase of high sulfur oil production in the world,the sulfur content is higher and higher in the hydrodesulfurization system,and the equipments and pipes are subjected to more aggressive medium corrosion.The stress corrosion crack causes of high sulfur pipes serviced hydrodesulfurization system of a refinery were analyzed. According to visual examination,chemical composition and metallographic examination,microstructure and ingredients of the fracture analysis by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),it is shown that the crack surface is almost flat,the chemical composition of the base material and welds are within the range specified at the material standards, the metallographic examination shows normal microstructure,intergranular brittle fracture and second propagation of the crack are found on the microstructure fracture.The pipe failures are associated to the aggressive environment with high amount of H2S and high welding residual stresses.Based on the cause analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and improvements are suggested.
