绿色食品蔬菜中多环芳烃分析方法研究

【摘要】 多环芳烃(Polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons,简写为PAHs)是最早被发现的也是数量较大、分布较广的一类致癌物。目前对蔬菜中PAHs的研究的瓶颈是缺少简单快速的实验方法。本文采用正己烷:丙酮混合溶剂进行索氏提取,提取液经KOH皂化,硅胶-氧化铝层析柱净化后,用GC-MS对蔬菜中的PAHs进行检测.其方法线性良好(R2>0.998),检测限较低(<0.04μg/kg),回收率稳定(平均值为74.7-82.2%,相对标准偏差为1.1-14.6%),是测定绿色食品蔬菜中PAHs的较好方法.对于保障食品安全具有重要意义.
【Abstract】 PAHs was a kind of carcinogenic substance which was wild spread and had a great mount of them which was first be found in 1930. The absence of a suitable method with simple and fast to determinate PAHs in vegetables making a bottleneck effort to research PAHs in green food vegetables. Extracted with acetone: n-hexane(1:1/V:V) in Soxhlet extraction method, cleanup in KOH saponifying using silica- aluminum oxide chromatography to clean-up again, then determinate PAHs with GC-MS. This method had a good linearity(R2>0.998), lower detect limit (<0.04μg/kg) and a stable recovery rate (average value was 74.7-82.2% with RSD range from 1.1% to 14.6%), was a suitable method to determinate PAHs of green food vegetables, making a important sense to food security.
