磁性淀粉微球在生物医药学中的应用

【摘要】 磁性淀粉微球是以淀粉为载体,吸附或包埋氧化铁、四氧化三铁或其他磁性粒子而形成的具有磁性的功能高分子材料。磁性淀粉微球不但具备材料来源广、价格低廉、制备方便、可生物降解等优点,而且其还具有良好的生物相容性,因此作为一种新型功能性材料,其在磁性材料、生物工程和生物医药等领域展现了广阔的应用前景。文章着重介绍了磁性淀粉微球的优良性能及其在细胞分离和免疫分析、固定化酶、靶向给药、药物赋形剂及药物控释等领域的应用。
【Abstract】 Magnetic starchy microspheres have been prepared by starch desporting or embedding ferric oxide, ferroferric oxide or other magnetic particles. Magnetic starchy microspheres not only have wide material source, low lost,convenient preparation and biodegradable properties, but also have good biocompatibility. Therefore, magnetic starchy microspheres have exhibited extensive application prospect in magnetic materials, bioengineering and biomedicine as a kind of novel functional materials. This paper emphatically introduced the good properties of magnetic starchy microspheres and application in cell separation and immunological analysis, immobilized enzyme, targeting drug delivery, drug excipient and drug controlled release.
