聚赖氨酸-DNA缩合体的制备研究

【摘要】 采用均匀设计考察了PH值,DNA浓度,正负电荷比和离子强度对聚赖氨酸—DNA纳米缩合体粒径的影响。所得的结果为:只有正负电荷比,DNA浓度平方,与平均粒径相关。DNA浓度在14.07mM作用,正负电荷比为1.35左右。可制备得到具有最小粒径(201.783nm)的聚赖氨酸—DNA缩合体。
【Abstract】 We arrange the experiment according to uniform design table to study the influence of PH, concentration of DNA, ratio of positive charges and negative charges, ion strength to PLL-DNA condensate’s size .The result is that: Only do ratio of positive charges and negative charges, concentration of DNAcorrelate with the size of PLL-DNA condensate. When concentration of DNA is 14.07mM,ratio of positive charges and negative charges is 1.35, we can prepare PLL-DNA condensate which size is 201.783nm.
