2-甲氧基雌二醇醇质体的体外透皮初步研究

【摘要】 目的:初步考察已制备的新的抗癌药-2-甲氧基雌二醇(2ME2)醇质体体外透皮的能力。方法:以普通脂质体为对照组,采用改进的FRANZ扩散池,用离体小鼠皮肤对制备的醇质体进行体外透皮试验。结果:制得的醇质体,与对照组相比,能明显促进2ME2透皮渗透量,为普通脂质体的1.67倍,加入胆固醇的醇质体对2ME2的透皮能力无促进作用。结论:2-甲氧基雌二醇醇质体具有较好的透皮吸收的潜力,值得进一步开发研究。
【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the transdermal potential of ethosomes prepared, loading 2-methoxyestradiol (2ME2)- a new anti-tumor drug. Method: ethosomes loading 2ME2 were prepared. In vitro transdermal experiments were carried out by using improved FRANZ diffusion cell and skin of mouse. Results: The ethosomes loading 2ME2 enhanced transdermal ability 1.67 folds compared with liposomes. Conclusion: The ethosomes loading 2ME2 exhibited a better transdermal potential,which were worth studying further.
