【摘要】 本文初步研究健康设计在健康管理体系中的应用。通过健康管理、健康与亚健康的形成及定义,明确健康管理体系的研究对象,并提出在健康管理体系中溶入健康设计理念,制定个性化的健康管理方案、健康评估及危险因素、生存质量及影响因素。健康管理体系的研究对象包括健康、亚健康以及患病群体或个体。亚健康即非亚临床又非慢性疲劳综合症。针对研究对象,确立健康评估及危险因素量表,生存质量及影响因素量表。上述的研究为健康管理体系中应用健康设计提供必要的事实依据,并据此实施合理的个性化的健康设计、制作健康管理处方,以有效干预和预防疾病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the application of health design in medical health management system. Corresponding to the definition of health management, health and sub-health, the authors identified the research objects, proposed a view of health design in health management and formulated the individual health management program, health assessment and risk, quality of life and risk. Research objects of health management include health, sub-health and with diseases population or individuals. Sub-health was neither sub-clinical syndrome nor chronic fatigue syndrome. To aimed directly at these research objects, health assessment and risk and quality of life and risk measuring scale were set up. They provided essential basic fact to health design in health management system, and based on which, the more rational and individual health design would be carried out and prescribing the health management project about treatment to interfere and prevent diseases efficiently.更多还原
