二氧化碳超临界流体在清洁化制革中的应用及进展

【摘要】 本文综述了二氧化碳超临界流体(SF-CO2)在制革工业中的应用及其进展。分别论述了在制革过程酶脱毛、脱灰、脱脂、铬鞣、染色等工序中,SF-CO2应用的可行性研究成果,及对清洁化制革的影响;在皮革中五氯苯酚和偶氮染料分析检测的应用研究;以及在废弃物脱铬处理方面的应用。讨论并展望了SF-CO2清洁化制革的产业化难点,必须解决的有关技术和经济问题。
【Abstract】 The progress and application of CO2 supercritical fluid (SF-CO2) in clean leather manufacture were reviewed with 26 refs. Influences of SF- CO2 to clean leather manufacture in unhairing, deliming, degreasing, chrome tanning and dyeing process were discussed respectively. Furthermore, its applications in leather determination and waste disposal were also summarized. Finally, the prospect and difficulty of SF-CO2 industrialization were pointed out. It is necessary to deal with the key technology and economical problems.
