小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)内生真菌初步研究

【摘要】 本文对河南两个小麦品种内生真菌的多样性及其在宿主不同部位(茎、叶、种子)、不同生长期的种子(籽粒形成期、乳熟期、腊熟期、完熟期)和茎、叶(出苗期、分蘖期、拔节期、乳熟期、腊熟期)的分布规律进行调查和分析;结果表明器官带菌率随其成熟度的增加而升高,胚根和幼叶带菌率仅为13.5%和9.5%,而成熟种子带菌率可达90.5%,蜡熟期叶片和茎带菌率分别可达58.5%和65.5%,带菌率的提高可能与环境真菌的侵染有密切关系;共分离并鉴定出内生真菌7属,Alternaria、Cladosporium、Fusarium等属真菌的分离频率较高,其中,Alternaria和Fusarium在各生育期均可分离得到;此外,从栽培小麦中分离得到禾本科植物共生性内生真菌Acremonium sp.。
【Abstract】 Species diversity and distribution of endophytic fungi in the organs (stems, leaves and seeds) of two wheat cultivars in different growth stages of seeds (emergence stage, milky-ripe stage, dough stage and fully-ripe stage) and stem and leaves (tillering stage, elongation stage, milky-ripe stage and dough stage) in Henan province were investigated and analyzed in this paper. The results indicated that fungal colonization frequency increased with the process of wheat ripening, in the embryonic roots the fungal colonization frequency was 13.5% and in the first leaves 9.5%; colonization frequency was up to 90.5% in mature seeds, and for the stems and leaves the frequency was 58.5%and 65.5% respectively in their dough stage. The increase of colonization frequency was proposed to be the consequence of infection by environmental fungi. Seven fungal genera were isolated and identified from the wheat organs. Species of Alternaria、Cladosporium、Fusarium were more frequently isolated, among which species of Alternaria and Fusarium could be isolated in all growth stages; furtherly, symbiotic fungi of germanous plants, Acremonium sp., was isolated from the two wheat cultivars.
