纳米CuO的合成及在造纸废水处理中的应用

【摘要】 以纳米CuO为催化剂,高压汞灯为光源,对造纸废水进行光催化降解实验研究。研究结果表明,UV/H2O2/CuO体系能有效快速地降低造纸废水的COD。通过正交实验分析了所选定各影响因素之间的关系,它们对废水COD去除率的影响大小顺序为:溶液pH值〉光照时间〉CuO用量;考察了CuO用量、H2O2用量、pH值、反应时间等因素对降解效果的影响,得出的最佳的降解条件为:室温下纳米CuO粉体用量为1.00g·L-1,30%H2O2用量为2‰(v/v),pH=3.0,300W高压汞灯光照3h废水的COD去除率达到92%。

【Abstract】 The photo-catalytic degradation of paper mill wastewater with nano-CuO as photocatalyst and high-voltage mercury lamp as light source was studied. The results showed that a heterogeneous photocatalyst system of UV/CuO/H2O2 could effectively decrease COD in wastewater. Main influencing factors were cross-examined and their degree of influence to CODCr removal rate was rated as the following: solution pH value > irradiation time > CuO amount. After further investigation of the amount of CuO and H2O2, pH value and irradiation time, the optimum degradation conditions were determined as: under room temperature, the amount of nano-CuO was 0.02g/L and H2O2 was 2‰ (v/v) , pH= 3.0 and irradiation time was 3h with a 300W high-pressure mercury lamp. Under the above conditions, the COD removal rate of wastewater was 92℅.
