【摘要】 对玉米秆、棕榈空果串、棉秆的机械浆废水进行了SS、CODcr、BOD5、pH的检测,发现不同原料有不同的污染负荷,同一原料用不同的制浆方法具有不同的性质,而且性质差距较大,但远远小于化学浆的负荷。因为整个制浆过程中没有加入其它的有毒物质,所以废水处理比较简单。初步探索了黑液浓缩和浓黑液的燃烧、磨浆废水絮凝和有机污泥厌氧消化处理工艺及条件,对化机浆处理提供了可行性方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this text, I make tests such as SS, CODcr, BOD5, pH for corn shaft, palm shaft and cotton shaft, which is made by thermal chemical mechanical role. I find that there is different pollutions between different materials and the same material which is functioned by chemical roles, because we do not add any poisonous chemistry at the whole process. Of course the ignition of the wastewater is much easier. Then I have a primitive test for the concentration of wastewater and ignition of the concentrated water, flocculation of the organic material and the organic sludge ,which shows an active way to the treatment and the use of wastewater by TMP,.更多还原
