BCTMP化学机械浆废水处理研究和工程应用
Study on Treatment of BCTMP Effluent and the Technical Application

【摘要】 监测了国内某BCTMP化机浆浆生产线废水发生量、污染负荷。结果表明,该废水最高COD浓度6623mg/L,平均COD4622mg/L,BOD/COD为0.23,属高浓难处理有机废水。经过系统实验室试验,提出了斜网-初沉-水解-ABR厌氧-连续SBR-混凝的化机浆废水处理新工艺,然后设计建造了总容积13000m3的废水处理工程,处理后废水各项指标全部达到了国家标准。在制浆废水处理工程中首次采用了ABR折流式厌氧技术,大大节省了工程投资和运行费用;首次在制浆废水处理工程中采用了连续SBR技术,废水净化率高,解决了用普通活性污泥法处理高温废水易发生污泥膨胀的难题。
【Abstract】 The discharge of effluent from a BCTMP production line and its pollutant charges were online monitored. The results indicated that the effluent was characterized with high consistency of pollutant charges that maximum COD of 6623mg/L, mean COD of 4622mg/L, ratio of BOD and COD of 0.23, therefore, difficult to treat. A new kind of chemimechanical-engendering effluent treatment technology characterized with the sequence: filtering, primary deposition, hydrolyzing, ABR anaerobic treatment, continuous SBR treatment and flocculation, was designed and proved by comprehensive experiments in lab. A waste effluent treatment pool with the volume of 13000m3 was built up and the pollutant charge in the effluent from there could all come up to the state standard. An anaerobic treatment technology, characterized with ABR , was employed for treating effluent for the first time, resulting in the enormous saving in the investment and operation. A continuous SBR technology was also utilized for the first time, resulting in the higher ratio of waste water purification and solving the slime-swelling problem induced by treating high-temperature effluent using normal active slime.
