聚合硫酸铝铁处理双螺旋挤压浆制浆废液的研究

【摘要】 研究了用聚硫酸铝铁(PAFS)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为絮(助)凝剂,处理木材下脚料双螺旋制浆废液,在pH=10.5条件下,PAFS用量为200ppm、搅拌转速为300rpm、搅拌时间为6min、PAM用量为10ppm时废液中CODCr的去除率为60.8%,SS的去除率达95%以上,处理后的废液用于原料的预浸处理,经过运行证明,通过PAFS和PAM处理,可实现制浆废液的循环回用。
【Abstract】 The treatment of effluent from wood twin screw extrusion pulping with polyacrylamide (PAM) and polymeric aluminum ferric sulphate (PAFS) as coagulant aids was studied. The results showed that at pH value 10.5, with a PAFS amount of 200 ppm, stirring speed to 300 rpm, stirring time for 6 min, and PAM amount of 10 ppm, CODCr removal rate was 60.8%, and ss removal rate was more than 95 % of waste water. The treated effluent was used to the presoaking treatment of raw materials. The operation result showed that with the treatment of PAFS and PAM, it can be realized of the recycled of pulping effluent.
