石油生产系统用能分析方法及节能潜力判别准则研究

【摘要】 油气集输过程中,系统自身消耗大量能源,特别随着一些老油田开采进入中后期,能耗逐年上升,目前石油生产过程中能耗已超过能源生产量的20%。油田节能降耗,需要从节能基础理论、系统用能评价分析和节能潜力判别等方面进行研究和实践。本文借鉴复杂系统用能分析的"黑箱"、"白箱"和"灰箱"分析模型,提出了石油生产系统用能评价分析的原理方法和过程,依据热力学原理和合理用能的观点阐述了节能潜力的科学概念,建立了用来判别节能潜力的准则系列,并探讨了节能潜力的估算方法。
【Abstract】 In the gathering and transportation process of oil and gas, the system itself consumes a large amount of energy, especially with many old oilfields entering into middle-late stage, which makes the energy consumption increase year by year. Currently, energy consumption has exceeded 20 percent of the total oil output during oil production. Dealing with energy saving and consumption reduction in oilfield, research and practice should been taken on the aspects of the basic theory of energy saving, energy evaluation and analysis in system and discrimination of energy-saving potential. Drawn lessons from the energy analysis model of "black-box", "gray-box", "white-box" in complex system, this paper proposes principle methods and process of energy evaluation and analysis for petroleum production system. Based on thermodynamic principles and energy conservation, this paper also explains the scientific concept of energy–saving potential, establishes the discrimination rule series for energy-saving potential, and discusses estimation method for energy-saving potential.
