【Abstract】 Nuclear energy is a new energy, is highly efficient, clean, safe and reliable energy. Accelerating the development of nuclear energy is an important part of the strategy to ensure Chinese energy security, economic security, nuclear safety. This paper points out the enlightenment of new development of the global nuclear energy (electricity) economic, and clarifies the warning and lessons from "Electrical Scarcity" and "snow disaster" to Chinese nuclear power development, particularly to the pace of development of nuclear power, the power structure and layout and environmental protection. Finally, this paper also argues that to accelerate the development of the nuclear economy has become the common knowledge among Chinese experts.更多还原
