飞行仿真转台虚拟样机的设计及应用

【摘要】 针对飞行仿真转台,考虑到非线性、摩擦以及机械系统的柔性特性进行具有复杂特性的虚拟样机建模。对于根据数学模型设计的控制器,由于实际系统中存在更多的未建模动态,或由于建模误差而造成的模型与实际系统的偏差,所设计的控制器有可能达不到预期的性能甚至不稳定。本文基于ADAMS建立起具有复杂特性的虚拟样机,给出完整的样机建立过程,并提出应用虚拟样机技术进行控制器设计以及控制器校验的设计方案。联合仿真结果证明了方案的合理性。
【Abstract】 A virtual prototype containing complex characters was built for a flight simulation turning table, which considered the nonlinear, friction and mechanism system flexible characters. For the controller design based on mathematics model, the controller maybe not able to reach the expectant control performance even unstable, because of there were some un-model dynamics or model error between the model and real system. This thesis proposed a new design method for control system design and simulation based on virtual prototype which was built by ADAMS. And it gave total building process of virtual prototype design. For more, combining simulation experiments was done, and the results indicated the scheme rationality.
