基于虚拟仪器技术的空气压力控制系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了采用NI公司的DAQ卡、SCXI信号调理模块、模拟信号输出卡及工控机构成的一个基于虚拟仪器技术的空气压力控制系统,该控制系统用于燃料电池测试匹配平台,它通过LabVIEW的编程.使用户界面直观地显示在显示器上,方便了调试。从机理上推出了空气压力控制系统的模型结构.并通过阶跃响应曲线法大致辨识出模型的各个参数,利用LabVIEW提供的 PID控制模块,对空气压力进行控制,在实际运用中获得了较好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 This paper has introduced an air-pressure controlling system based on the virtual instrument technology ,the system which get used to the testing and matching of fuel cell is composed by the NI co.’s DAQ card, SCXI signal condition module, analog signals output card and the industrial PC . It is programmed in LabVIEW , which make the interface display on the screen directly, and then we can debug it easily. This paper has inferred the air-pressure controlling system’s model in theory , and got the parameters through the step reponse curve approximately. The controlling system controlled the air pressure with the PID controlling module in LabVIEW, and got a good effect in using it.
