微晶玻璃涂料在热镀锌锅防腐中的应用

【摘要】 一种在热镀锌生产工艺中降低锌耗、延长镀锌锅使用寿命的新方法,该方法是将PbO-ZnO-B2O3系统微晶玻璃涂料施涂于锌锅内壁;经微晶化处理后,形成0.6mm厚的隔离锌液保护层,用该方法可降低锌渣产出量40~50%,并可延长锌锅使用寿命一倍以上,具有明显的经济效益。
【Abstract】 A new technology that using PbO-ZnO-B2O3 system to produce microcrystallineglass and coat it on the inner surface of Zinc pot was introduced in this thesis. After the coating bymicrocrystalline glass, there was a 0.6mm thin protective layer on the Zinc pot’s inner surface.Using this method, the waste zinc sludge production could be minimized 40~50%, and itslifetime could be elongated one time, the economic benefit is obvious.
