结构件热浸镀锌的清洁生产

【摘要】 介绍了结构件热浸镀锌的工艺、污染物的来源和减少污染物产生的清洁生产技术与设备。内容包括:水基除油剂及生物除油,稀酸多槽酸洗及无机盐活化酸洗,助焊剂再生,镀锌烟气回收,发生炉煤气加热,新型充分燃烧型燃煤镀锌炉以及无铬钝化等。
【Abstract】 The technological process if hot-dip galvanizing for structural steel parts and itspollutants are stated simply. The technology and equipment reducing the pollutants are introducedbriefly, involving water-based degreasing agent and biological degreasing, pickling in 15% HCland active pickling in iron chloride, flux regeneration, cleaning of waste gas from galvanizing, gasfurnace substituting for burning coal stove, alternatives to chromate for passivation, etc.
