化学镀及电镀制备电磁屏蔽织物

【摘要】 通过化学镀铜方法,获得了具有高导电性能的电磁屏蔽织物,并采用电镀镍的方法对电磁屏蔽织物进行了后处理。研究了后处理对电磁屏蔽织物的抗氧化性、耐酸腐蚀性、电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明:化学镀铜织物有高的电磁屏蔽效能;镀镍能进一步提高织物的电磁屏蔽效能,同时还使织物具有较强的抗氧化性能和耐酸腐蚀性。
【Abstract】 A new kind of electromagnetic shielding textile with high conductivity wasmanufactured by copper plating, and then treaded by nickel electroplating. The oxidationresistance, corrosion resistance and the ability of electromagnetic shielding of the textile werestudied in this paper It was show that the textile by chemical plating of copper has high ability ofelectromagnetic shielding, and the process of nickel plating can further improve not only theability of electromagnetic shielding but also oxidation and corrosion resistance of the textile.
