【摘要】 介绍了铸铝缸体ST-925高速镀硬铬工艺过程,通过实例与传统工艺进行比较,并以长期工厂生产应用的实际情况为依据,说明了该工艺的镀液性能、镀层性能、工艺的特点和突出的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The ST-925 high-speed hard chromium plating technology for cylinder of castedaluminum producing was introduced. According to the long-period practice in industry andcomparison of this new technology with traditional method, the characteristics of the new-techsolution and the properties of the new-tech product’s layer was proved to be excellent. And thisST-925 technology was peculiar and beneficial.
