浅谈碱性锌锰电池的技术革新

【摘要】 文章指出,高容量、长寿命、重负荷输出性能将成为碱性锌锰电池发展的方向,并针对不同的要求提出了可能的解决途径:减小钢壳壁厚度、适当的锰碳比和锌粉含量可提高容量;解决锌电极的腐蚀问题是改讲贮存寿命的关键:降低内阻、选择好的隔膜材料是提高重负荷输出性能的有效方法。
【Abstract】 The high capacity, long cycle life and output ability at heavy-duty will become future development trends for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries. Several key problems needed to be solved were suggested. The article shown that: high capacity may be obtained by reducing the thickness of steel can, by adjusting ratio of manganese to carbon and content of zinc powder; The problem of zinc electrode corrosion may be solved by adding various mercury-substituting inhibitors and by controling strictely impurities and production process; Reducing inner pressure and adopting good separator were regarded as the effective way for improving output ability at heavy-duty.
