【摘要】 本文在对中国农村金融业成长的经济效应进行制度分析的基础上,运用实际数据,对中国农村金融与农村经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。结果显示:中国政府主导的农村金融成长模式对农村经济增长具有显著的负面效应。在此基础上,文章提出要实现农村金融与农村经济发展的良性互动必须做到:构建农村金融与农村经济协调发展的宏观制度环境,解除农村金融与农村经济协调发展的农村经济约束,强化农村金融与农村经济协调发展的农村金融功能。唯其如此,中国农村金融发展才能对农村经济的健康运行产生良好的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a macro-model in terms of China’s rural financial growth and rural economic growth, this paper aims to identify the real relationships between the rural finance and the rural economy in China. Using annual national time-series data, Co-integration Tests, Granger Causality Tests and VAR analysis indicate that the rural finance controlled by the government has definitely negative effects on the rural economy. Finally, some policy suggestions are given to promote the relationships of the rural finance and the rural economy of China.更多还原
