【摘要】 中央企业是我国国有经济的主体,中央企业重组对于经济发展具有重要的战略意义。本文首先阐述了中央企业重组规制的必要性和紧迫性。随后从三个维度分析规制的内容:基于国家产业安全的规制、市场垄断行为的规制和国有资产交易的规制,并剖析当前规制中存在的问题,在此基础上提出完善中央企业重组规制的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Central corporations are the main part of our state-owned economy, and their M&A is very important to the development of economy. In the paper, firstly we discussed the importance and emergency of regulation on M&A of central corporations, then analyzed three dimensions of regulation: regulation on the safety of industry, regulation on monopoly, regulation on the trade of state-owned capital, and focus on the problems of current regulation. Based on these analyses, we put forward some ideas on the improvement about regulation on M&A of central corporations.更多还原
