土壤施硒对冷害条件下玉米光合及生物学特性的影响(英文)

【摘要】 试验就土壤施硒对冷害条件下玉米抗逆性进行了研究。为了探讨硒的防护机制,试验采用土壤施硒,分0,0.0035,0.01,0.075 and 0.9mg/kg 5个浓度(以土壤干重计算),在温室条件下以常温和低温生长箱中0℃、5℃分别处理48小时为3个温度水平,进行了观测。试验结果表明:土壤施硒0到0.075mg/kg 对玉米根茎叶的干物重无显著影响;但与土壤施硒0.9mg/kg 差异显著;同时,随硒浓度增加,干物重有递减的趋势。5℃的低温48hr 处理玉米生长与常温无显著差异:但0℃的低温48hr 处理可使茎干重、叶片干重及叶面积、叶绿素荧光显著低于常温处理,但在根干重上差异不显著。另外,就硒和冷害处理对叶绿素荧光及植株生长也做了分析,得出适宜的施硒浓度对缓解玉米冷害有一定的效果,但高浓度可能会引进硒的毒害。

【Abstract】 The objectives of this work were to evaluate the antioxidative properties of Se under chilling stress on Maize (Zea May L.).To determine the defence mechanisms,five Se levels were released at 0, 0.0035,0.01,0.075 and 0.9mg/kg in soil weight and two chilling treatments were carried in cold chamber at temperature of 0℃ and 5℃ in 48hr respectively,compared with the plant in greenhouse as control.The results showed that there are not significantly difference on dry matter weight of leave and shoots and roots from 0 to 0.075mg/kg Se but significantly exacts on 0.9mg/kg Se,in addition that the dry matter weight decreased while Se concentrations increased.The effect of chilling at 5℃ hadn’t notable difference with control but 0℃ was significantly on dry matter weight of leave,shoots and leaf area,chlorophyll fluorescene,but not on root dry matter weight.In addition,the plants of chlorophyll fluorescene on chilling treatment and the development of plant high were also reported in this paper.It suggests that Se can alleviate chilling stress at rational Se concentrations on maize,but may causes toxic on high soil Se concentration.
