糜子根系衰老与活性氧代谢研究

【摘要】 以榆糜3号为试验材料,研究糜子根系衰老及活性氧代谢特性。试验结果表明,随着植株衰老,根系超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶等保护性酶活性与可溶性蛋白含量由高到低的变化趋势;根系衰老的主导因素并不是叶片的衰亡。在旱作农业生产中,选择叶片与根系衰老缓慢,旗叶生长旺盛的品种对提高糜子对干旱的适应性,有助于提高糜子产量和品质。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate root senescence and activity oxygen metabolism by using Yu-Mi 3 and the pot method.The results showed that SOD,CAT,POD activities and soluble protein content of root rose and declined with plant ageing,and so did the content of activate oxygen protective enzyme of flag leaf,but the con- tent of MDA was low and rose gradually.The results indicated that the leaves senescence is not the initial cause of senescence of root.In the rainfed agriculture,selection of Panicum miliaceum L.cultivars with slow ageing leaves and robust growing flag leaves is able to promote their adaptation to drought and improve their yield and quality.
