棉花生理抗旱与农艺节水技术耦合对产量的影响

【摘要】 采用现代生物技术和传统育种相结合的方法,选育出抗旱节水型棉花新品种(系)西农抗旱4号、5 号。在人工模拟极端气候、土壤逆境条件下,进行农艺抗旱节水技术措施耦合试验研究。经3 a 试验,结果表明:灌区在不浇水或少浇水(节水)情况下,干旱胁迫区比常规灌水区(灌水2~3次)平均产量增加2.962%,优化高产组合皮棉产量增加4.62%~13.76%;纤维物性各项指标有所提高。说明研究棉花生理抗旱品种与农艺节水技术耦合对产量和品质的提高效果显著,且在灌区棉田节水1 500 m~3/hm~2。

【Abstract】 Xinong Kanghan 4,Xinong Kanghan 5 new water-saving cotton varieties bred by combining modem engineering technology and traditional breeding methods,were used in conducting the coupling experi- ment of drought-resistance and water-saving farming practices under simulated extreme climatic situations and adverse soil conditions.The results showed that in irrigation regions without irrigation or with infrequent irriga- tion(water saving state),the cotton yields in the plots suffering from water stress were similar to those in the plots with normal irrigation practice(irrigating two-three times),but in the plots with optimal combination of drought resistance and water saving farming practices,the lint yield increased by 4.62 % - 13.76 % and the var- ious fibre parameters increased by 2.962% on average.These indicated that the coupling of drought-resistant varieties and water saving farming practices had significant effects on cotton yield and quality,and was capable of saving water 1 500 m~3/hm~2.
