玉米基因型耐低氮能力的鉴定与评价
Screening and identification of drought low nitrogen in different genotype maize hybrids

【摘要】 采用30个大面积推广的玉米杂交种为研究对象,以耐低氮胁迫指数为玉米表型性状的相对值,通过分析不同氮水平下氮营养相关性状的变化,对玉米基因型耐低氮能力的筛选指标进行了探讨。结果表明,相对单穗重(耐低氮胁迫指数)在所有调查性状的相对值中变异幅度最大;相对单穗重与相对千粒重、相对穗长和相对穗粒数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。以单穗量作为鉴定玉米基因型耐低氮能力的核心指标,千粒重、穗长和穗粒数作为间接筛选指标,初步筛选出了郑单958、陕单8815、京科28等具有较强耐低氮能力的玉米杂交种。
【Abstract】 With experiments cultivated in fields,we studied systematically the agronomic characteristics of the 30 different maize cultivars.Screening indexes of the drought low nitrogen stress in maize cultivars thought analysising the agronomic traits variation based on phenotype relative value of drought low nitrogen stress index- es were discussed.The results showed weight of per ear,weight of 1000-grains,ear length,and numbers per ear were significantly correlated with the drought low N-stress index,the effective indexes of drought low N- stress index was efficiently weight of per ear.weight of 1000-grains,ear length,and numbers per ear were indi- rected identification index.The ability of drought low nitrogen in Zhengdan 958,Shandan 8815,Jingke 28 maize hybrids were best.
