利用细菌L-W降解有机磷农药MP的研究

【摘要】 从生产甲基对硫磷的华阳农药厂污水暴气池中,分离到1株能以甲基对硫磷及其降解中间产物对硝基苯酚为惟一碳源生长,且能够将其彻底降解为 CO2和 H2O 的细菌 L-W,经鉴定,为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp).用气相色谱法和分光光度计法深入研究了 L-W 的降解性能.它7 h 内对50 mg/L MP 的降解率为85%, 对50 mg/L PNP 的降解率为99%,测定条件为:pH7.5,温度30℃,接种量20%.
【Abstract】 From polluted water of Huayang pesticide plant,isohted a L-W strain which can grow with methylparathion,ρ-nitrophenol which produced during degradation as the sole source of carbon,and turn them to carbon dioxide and water,it was identified as Arthrobacter sp.By gas chromatography and spectrophotometer,studied L-W’s degradabihty in detail,the removal rate of L-W was 85 percents when the concentration of mdthylparathion was 50mg/L and 99 percents when the concentration of ρ-nitrophenol was 50 mg/L respectively in 7 hours,the determine condition was:pH value 7.5,temperature 30 degree,inoculation quantity 20 percents.
