【Abstract】 Radiation mutation is very important induced method of cultivar breeding and quality improvement in rapeseed. The advances in induced mutation breeding by radiation for rapeseed are summarized.New cultivar created by radiation, methods of induced mutation and effects by radiation were introduced.The methods to separate,select and identify mutants were also showed.According to there search in crops,the authors suggested some new ideas that induced breeding,tissue culture and molecular marker of compound mutation breeding to rapeseed.更多还原
