【摘要】 报道了甘蔗与斑茅远缘杂交利用研究结果。研究利用斑茅及其 F₁与热带种、地方原种、常用亲本杂交或回交获得了一些斑茅的 F₁,BC₁真实杂交种;利用常用亲本与育性很低或雄性不育的斑茅 BC₁真杂种回交获得了具有发芽能力的 BC₂杂交花穗。结果表明:斑茅的 F₁,BC₁的结实性差,育性低甚至不育, 但通过回交可以提高斑茅杂种的结实率,且回交得到的 BC₁表现出了生长势强,产量高的优势,为选育具有斑茅血缘的高产种质奠定了良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of distant hybrid utilization between Saccharum and E.arundinanceus was reported in this paper.Some true hybrids of E.arundinanceus F₁,BC₁ have been obtained through crossing and backcrossing be- tween E.arundinanceus（and its F₁）and officinarum,Landrace,common parents;The tassels which had the germination abilities have been obtained through backcrossing of E.arundinanceus BC₁ which of was low fertile or infertile ability.The results showed that seedling rates of E.arundinanceus could be improved through back- crossing which has low seedling rates or low fertile or infertile of E.arundinanceus F₁,BC₁,distant distant Mean- wile the progenies of BC₁ showed the stronger vigor and high yield abilities.It should be a contributed to selec- ting high yield sugarcane clones containion consanguinity of E.arundinanceus.更多还原
