超高产玉米衰老过程中保护酶的变化规律研究

【摘要】 以高产玉米品种先玉335,郑单958为试验材料,普通玉米长城799,通吉100为对照,研究不同品种在不同生育时期保护酶的变化。结果表明:随着叶片的衰老,超高产品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现出先升高后降低的变化趋势,峰值均出现在吐丝期,随后逐渐降低。4个品种比较,超高产品种先玉335和郑单958的保护酶活性显著高于对照品种,而叶绿素(Chl) 和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照品种,并且其密度在7.1万株/hm~2时最有较高的产量,其产量达到 13716.3 kg/hm~2。说明超高产品种具有较高的清除活性氧的能力,有利于延缓衰老,促进干物质的积累, 这是超高产玉米能够获得高产的重要生理基础。
【Abstract】 Two different types of cones were adopted in this experiment:super high yielding corns:Xianyu335, Zhengdan958 and common corns:Changcheng799,Tongji100.Studied the changes of protected enzyme activity in different growth stages on different types of corns.The result showed that with the senescence of leaves,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxides(POD)and catalase(CAT)of super high yielding corns is obviously higher than the two common corns.The content of Chl and malondialdehyde(MDA)was obviously lower than the common corns.Comparison with the four corns,the activity of protective enzyme of Xianyu 335 and ZhengDan 958 is obviously higher than CK.Meanwhile through the comparison of yield,the yield of Xianyu 335 was higher it reached 13 716.3 kg/hm~2.It was showed that super high yielding corns had the higher ability of clearance activity oxygen,it could stave senescence,promoted the accumulation of the material.That was the most important physiological foundation to obtain high yield.
