野生小豆种质资源植株形态的遗传多样性分析

【摘要】 研究野生小豆种质资源遗传多样性对了解小豆的起源、演化和传播途径具有重要价值。研究对来自中国、日本、韩国、缅甸4国的95份野生小豆种质资源的形态遗传多样性进行田间和室内鉴定分析。结果表明,野生小豆与半野生小豆有明显的差别,主要表现在株高、平均成熟期、籽粒颜色、百粒重等性状。95份野生小豆种质资源通过聚类分析,截值为1.516时可划分为5大类群。来源于缅甸和中国的野生小豆种质各聚为1个类群, 韩国和日本的种质混聚为2~3个类群。第5类群缅甸的种质表现平均成熟期最长,茎杆最粗,主茎分枝数最多,百粒重最轻等特点。第2类群中国贵州地区的野生种质植株较高,茎杆较细,单荚粒数较多,平均成熟期较长等特点。第3类群全部来自于日本地区,具有丰产性的特征。第4类群全部来源于日本和韩国的半野生种, 平均成熟期较其它类群早,百粒重最高,明度指数最高等特点。第1类群74份种质来源于日本和韩国地区,可进一步划分为3个亚类。
【Abstract】 It is important to learn origin,evolution,spread of adzuki bean through research genetic diversity of wild adzuki bean germplasm resources.95 accessions wild adzuki bean germplasm resources,from 4 China,Ja- pan,Korea and Burma,are analyzed by the morphological genetic diversity.The results showed that wild adzuki bean and weed adzuki bean are obvious difference in some characters,such as plant height,maturation period, seed color and 100 seeds weight and so on.Based on the morphological data,95 accessions were clustered into 5 groups.Wild adzuki bean,Burma and China,are respectively clustered in one group.The adzuki bean of the second group and third group had come from Japan and Korea.The accession of the fifth group,from Burma, had longest growth period,wide diameter of stem,more plant branch and smallest 100-seed weight and so on. The second group had longer plant height,thin diameter of stem,more seeds per pod,longer growth period etc. they are wild germplasm resources from guizhou in China.The third group,whole from Japan,had highest grain yield per plant.The fourth group had shortest growth period,highest 100-seed weight,highest value in L",a", b~*,C~*.They are whole weed germplasm resources from Japan and Korea.The first group,from Japan and Ko- rea,had farther disparted three hypogenus.
