能源甜菜的筛选及生产酒精初步研究

【摘要】 从优良糖用甜菜高代品系中选出8个优良新品系,开展用于能源的酒精生产实验研究。结果表明: JNYL5,JNY7208,JNYB86,JNY41 4个新品系酒精产率较高,每吨原料可生产95%酒精分别为:98.2 L,114.2 L,95.3 L 和82.3 L,是生产酒精较高的新品系。初步研究认为:能源甜菜生产酒精与酒精转化率、含糖率和块根产量相关。
【Abstract】 8 new excellent varieties used for study on energetic alcohol production were selected from some higher varieties of fine sugar beet.The result showed that alcohol yield of 4 new varieties such as JNYL5,JNY7208,JNYB86 and JNY41 was much higher than others,and also their yield of 95% al- cohol extracted from the material was respective with 98.2 L/t,114.2 L/t,95.3 L/t and 82.3 L/t,so they could be thought as new varieties of extracting alcohol.In our preliminary study,it was found that the alcohol yield of energy beet was correlative with alcohol conversion rate,sugar content and earthnut yield.
