饼肥对旺长期遮光及光照转换后烟草叶片光合效率的影响

【摘要】 研究了饼肥对旺长期遮光及光照转换后烟草品种叶片光合速率、荧光特性的影响。结果表明,饼肥对旺长期遮荫及光照转换后烟草叶片色素含量、光合速率(Pn)和叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响较大。其中遮光促进叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量积累,但无机肥条件下叶绿素类增加较多,饼肥条件下的类胡萝卜素增幅显著, 导致两处理叶片叶绿素 a/b 上升和饼肥处理叶绿素/胡萝卜素值下降;遮荫降低了烟草叶片的光合速率;两种不同的光照转换均导致 Pn,(?)PSⅡ,Fv/Fm,qp 的急剧下降,可能是烟草叶片本身对光照转换过程产生本的能生理生态反应。光照转换过程中 Pn,(?)PSⅡ,Fv/Fm,qp 反应的差异表明不同肥料条件下烟草叶片各有自身的光照生态适应性和不同的光照敏感性。饼肥提高了烟草植株的光生态适应性。

【Abstract】 The one-year pot-culture experiments were conducted during 2005 to investigate the effects of cake fertilizer on chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco leaves during fast- growing shading and light transfer.Fast-growing stage is the important development stage and it can effect tobacco leaf’s differentiation,development and the component of tobacco leaves. Two light intensities were performed:CK,in which the plants were grown under natural light in fast-growing stage and transferred to shading condition at the fifth leave expended stage,abbreviated to L→S,and S→L,in which on the contrary above,i.e.,fast-growing shading and to natural light at the fifth leave expanded stage,S→L.The light intensity in the shading was half of that in natural light,and two fertilizer types,cake and mineral,were used.The result indicated that the chlorophyll content,especially earotenoids and chlorophyll b,increased but net photosynthetic rate(Pn)declined in shading condition.However,the increase of Chl a/Chl b after shading in cake is slight as compared with mineral fertilizer,but decline of Chl/Car in cake fertilizer.Pn has the different trend of change with chlorophyll content,and the Pn of cake was decreased by shading is slight as that of mineral. When the tobacco seedlings were in the treatment from S to L,Pn decreased immediately and contin- ued for about 1~2 d,then began to ascend gradually and turned stable after about 3~4 d,but could not restore to the initial value.It was shown that ΦPS Ⅱ,Fv/Fm and qp changed slightly while NPQ presented declining trend in the treatment from L to S;However,these fluorescence parameters changed oppositely in the treatment from S to L.These effects also varied with the different fertilizer. Studies showed that cake fertilizer could improve light adaptability of tobacco.
