定期除硼胁迫对甘蓝型油菜青油10号产量、品质的影响

【摘要】 采用水培法,研究蕾薹期、花期、结荚期除硼处理对甘蓝型油菜青油10号(QY10)产量、含油量、蛋白质含量以及对各器官硼素水平和分配比例的影响。结果表明,QY10的产量、产量构成要素以及含油量均随着除硼处理时期的推迟而显著提高,3个除硼处理(分别在蕾薹期、花期和结荚期除硼)的减产百分率分别为64.17%,47.50%, 32.50%,含油量分别减少4.68%,1.64%,0.23%,而处理时期对油分和蛋白质含量之和影响不大。除叶外,QY10 各器官含硼量随除硼时期的推迟而显著增加,且根、茎和叶是蕾薹期处理所受的影响最大,荚皮和籽粒则是结荚期所受影响最大;但各处理都比对照的含硼量少得多;各器官之间硼的分布上,叶部含硼量最多,籽粒含硼量最少。

【Abstract】 In solution culture,effects of boron nutrition removal during bolting,flowering and podding stages on formation of yield and quality,and the distribution of boron in different parts of QY10(Bras- sica napus L.)had been studied,the results showed that the seed yield,seed yield setting factors and oil content of QY10 obviously increased when the date of boron removal was put off.Yield was de- creased by 64.17%,47.50%,32.50% in bolting,flowering,and podding stage,and oil content was decreased by 4.68%,1.64%,0.23% respectively,but the number of sum of oil and protein content was constant during growth.Boron concentration of plant part,but leave,was increased with suspen- ding of the date of boron removal,and the most changes in root and stem took place in bolting stage, but changes on hull and seed occurred in podding stage.Boron content of plant parts in the treatments treated with boron removal stress were much less than that were supplied with boron nutrition during whole growing period.The distribution of boron among different organs showed that the most boron was in leaves,and the least in seeds.
