小麦F1籽粒高分子量谷蛋白亚基遗传的数量表现特征

【摘要】 试验选用6个亲本,采用不完全双列杂交组配15个杂交组合以及2个反交组合,应用美国 SYNCENE 公司生产的凝胶成相系统和 BIO-RAD 公司生产的电泳仪等仪器,通过亚基分布高度和亚基自然体积,定量的研究了杂种 F1籽粒亚基遗传的数量表现特征。结果表明:在15个杂交组合中,有9个组合的 F1籽粒表现为亚基的共显性。亚基的倾母遗传用两个正反交组合予以说明,小偃6号×安农91168正交组合14+15亚基的分布高度21537.164+11184.908和自然体积14076547.000+5865792.500明显比反交组合14+15亚基的分布高度 20005.104+9006.540和自然体积9343796.000+2183145.000的对应值要大。同时,发现了15个组合中有6 个组合 F1籽粒亚基出现缺失或表达沉默,缺失或沉默的亚基主要为2+12和5+10。
【Abstract】 6 parents were employed to make 15 positive combination and 2 reveral combination to study the quantitative expression characters of the subunits genetics in F1 grains of wheat.By analyzing the band distribution height and natural volumes of the subunits with gel-photo system from American SYN- CENE company and electrophoresis apparatus form BIO-RAD company.The results showed that 9 a- mong 15 combinations expressed codominance of subunit.Subunit 14+15 distribution height of 21 537.164+11 184.908 and natural volume of 14076547.000+5 865 792.500 from positive combi- nation of Xiaoyan No.6×Among 91168 were obviously higher than the same subunit distribution height of 20 005.104+9 006.540 and natural volume of 9 343 796.000+2 183 145.000 from the reversal combination.The result indicated mother-trend genetics of the subunit.Meanwhile,there were some subuints,mainly including 2+12 and 5+10,were deleted and silent in F1 grains of 6 among 15 com- binations.
